Hello!

Today I’m so excited to share what we made during our one and only Christmas Craft Night for 2019.

I love hosting craft nights, I did so many last year and they were all a hit! This year, being 31weeks pregnant and booked out with events every weekend leading up until Christmas, I’ve only been able to set aside time for one – so I made sure it was a good one!

If you’d like to see how these are made, I’ll pop my link here for the step-by-step instructions: https://www.whirledofpapercraft.com/2019/11/02/snow-globe-shaker/

Here is trial one I made a few weeks ago.

To prep for these events, I put together little “kits” for everyone coming along. These mostly just consist of the stamped and cut images we’ll be using, a piece of paper for testing marker colours and any other bits and pieces each guest needs.

I put these things in little labelled boxes which doubled as place cards.

These nights are just so much fun! I love having friends over to share my materials, ideas and laughs as we work.

Lots of fun seems to equal a lot of mess!

Let’s have a look at what each of my guests and I created:

I ended up making a bit of a different design on the night as I already made the original one to add to my Christmas decor.

I think we can all agree that they all look adorable! I just love seeing how each person puts their own twist on it and picks their favourite colours.

Have you ever hosted a craft night?

I’m considering doing craft nights for all different occasions next year once this bub joins us!
