Hello!

Welcome to another Creative Team post for Hobby Hoppers!

In case you missed it, I am now the first Magic Maker for the Hobby Hoppers, an amazing, Melbourne-based online craft store!

I am so excited to be sharing another project that I have made with supplies from this small business.

Check out the Hobby Hoppers website here!

I remember as a kid I used to LOVE getting birthday cards that had badges attached to them, that’s where the idea for these came from.

As soon as I saw the Scalloped Gift Tag die set, I immediately saw the potential they had to turn them into something different – even the small die for the ribbons was there!

Here is the link to where I grabbed the Scalloped Gift Tag set.

These pieces were incredibly easy to make, as you will see in the tutorial video below. I wish I had made more of them in different colours!

What I love about these badges is that all the dies required to make them, are already part of this set. You could definitely get more creative and use others, but having them all together from the beginning makes this project very quick to complete.

I really enjoyed using the Perfectly Plaid papers for these, they are SO bright and fun!
You can find them here!

It’s so hard to pick a favourite, but if I had to, I think it would have to be the rainbow plaid!

I hope you love this project and give it a go for yourself! It was so much fun, I can’t wait to give these badges to the whoever is having a birthday next! (And yes, I WILL make them wear it ?).
