Hello!

I am so excited to get started crafting for Christmas! My list of ideas and crafts to share with just KEEPS GROWING! I’m honestly worried I won’t have enough time to show you all of them, so we need to get started right now!

Today I am sharing this card that I made with the adorable “Season’s Tweeting” stamp set by Lawn Fawn. As this set was a collaboration with the company Simon Says Stamp, I do believe that this set is now sold out and no longer available.

If you don’t have the set, don’t worry! There are so many Lawn Fawn sets with cute birdies to use instead, or the birds could be swapped altogether with squirrels, but still using a similar layout. If you do have this set, then I hope this card gives you some inspiration for all the cute things you can make with it!

My idea for this card was two little birdie families, waving to each other and wishing each other “Season’s Tweetings”. I thought this card kind of reminds me of how things are in the world at the moment, not quiet being able to interact with our friends and neighbours as usual, but still finding a way to connect and communicate with those around us.

This card would be lovely to send to someone I haven’t seen in a while, or even our neighbours who we usually chat to and visit but haven’t seen much of this year.

I really enjoyed making this card, especially the ink blended background. I love how all the elements came together to make an adorable snowy scene.

I hope you like this card! I am so excited to bring you so many more crafts over the next month and a half. I have cards, 3D projects, table decorations and ornaments on my list of things to make! I hope you’ll come back soon and see!

For now, if you’d like to see how I made this card, here is the link to my YouTube video!
